Once back in the Netherlands, just good memories left ! After staying 6 nights in Komiza, we spent our last 3 days on the beatiful island of Vis in the village of Kut / Vis. In our opinion this is the most authentic part of Vis village, but it is all beautiful:-) Your small house is located 50 meters from the sea, and about 1 km from the very nice and quiet Grandovac beach. NB. for those whore are coming by car : enter Lucica road from the side of Grandovac beach !!! This road is under construction for the moment, but this is the only way to get there by car. Just drive to the end where you see 3 small parking at your right hand By feet you can come through the narrow pedistrian strees of Kut. But here it is to small for cars !! The friendly owner does not speak English that much, but is was easy to understand eachother. He will welcome you with a bottle of his own made wine !! Once you have parked your car ( what needs some skills even for a experienced driver;-)) you can enjoy the beautiful view over the harbour / sea, seeing sailing boats coming in and out . We liked the sunset evenings as well on the balcony, as well on terraces few steps away. Have a beer on those terraces where the movie Mama Mia II was recorded. Once you have been on the island of Vis, you will understand why people are loving it over here, having relative quietness and no mass tourism ....... All the island is just " go with the flow...." Excellent location of the accommodation. Gate from the garden ends on the beach but the house itself is hide by olive and wine trees. It offers great privacy with easy access to beach and sea. Housewife is very pleasant lady that share with us the secrets of dalmatian cuisine. Accommodation itself was appropriate to price-level. (alex Bilik, 26/09/2019)
